Quote-request (lead) data

This is the most important section, so it comes first. When you submit a quote request you give us: name, email, ZIP code, project type, roof age, material interest, and optionally a phone number. Here is exactly what happens to it:

• We store it to benchmark your project and follow up with you.
• We share it with licensed roofing professionals only if you checked the consent box on the form — the form does not submit without it. Providers who receive your request may contact you about your project; we may be compensated for the referral.
• We do not sell lead data to data brokers, append it from other sources, or share it for purposes unrelated to your roofing project.
• You can request deletion of your lead record at any time via the contact page; we honor requests within 30 days. Note that providers who already received your request maintain their own records under their own policies.

What else we collect

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location). IP addresses are processed by Google per their policies; we do not see them.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Contact form: we store the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, run third-party ad networks, or require accounts. The calculator, benchmarks, and guides all work without collecting anything.

Your choices

Unsubscribe via any email's footer link; block analytics with standard browser tooling; request deletion of lead, contact, or subscriber records via the contact page. Requests are honored within 30 days.
